great location and stylish rooms
exquisite interior design lovely view really good hospitality
The hotel's interior design enhanced the building's historical texture. It was beautiful. our room had a lovely view. the staff provided really good hospitality. i particularly enjoyed the day spa. It was a very nice experience.
the room i booked was smaller than i expected, and it felt a bit dark.

The hotel is near shops, cafes, and restaurants. That's very convenient. it's close to the galata tower, a historical attraction. i also found good transportation links nearby, so travelling around was quite easy.

Breakfast offered an array of dishes every morning. The variety was good. i was provided small breakfast dishes, fruits, and eggs. there is no open restaurant in the hotel, though.

the onsite spa is amazing, and i really enjoyed visiting it. the hamam experience was relaxing and unique thanks to the therapists. the fitness area has two stationary bikes and one elliptical bike.

the staff was always available and attentive to our needs. they are helpful, especially the front desk team. they even accommodated my request to move rooms . the staff was warm and cute.
